In September 2021 the Foxborough housing authority released a request for proposals to develop a parcel of land for the creation of up to 200 affordable senior housing units.

Within weeks, Wilton Company assembled the joint venture team who would go on to be the selected developer to enter into a development agreement for the proposal. In addition to serving as a project consultant through the full lifecycle of this development, Wilton Company is a core member of the Joint Venture development team, and co-manages the development with AHSC, Peabody Properties, and The Onyx Group Development & Realty.
